The hotel offered spacious, bright, and quite rooms with two separate beds, but the road to the hotel was rugged and had many puddles. The service was exceptional, with friendly and warm staff providing helpful tips and information. The location was slightly off the main drag, offering peace and quiet with a free tuk tuk shuttle service available. The dining experience was fantastic with a good selection of items, and the facilities were well-kept.

During my entire trip through Thailand, I stayed in a corner suite with a lovely large bathroom featuring a rainfall shower. The room I got was really spacious and nice, though a bit dark. The service, especially from Aom at reception, was fantastic, as she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location, although a bit far from the train station and main road, is very close to shopping areas like Sukhumvit 11 and 13 for a convenient stay near the city center. The dining experience was lovely with plenty of delicious food options offered, although the made-to-order omelette could be improved. Overall, the hotel offers many positives such as spacious rooms and great amenities, but the check-in process was unnecessarily cumbersome and the nearby street was torn up for sewer work, making it difficult to walk down.

I arrived a bit after 12 noon and didn't take long to have my room ready, which was perfect as I wanted to relax after sightseeing. The rooms are excellent - very spacious with lovely extra touches like a coffee machine. The bathroom was great, and the generous welcome drink and very good breakfast added to the experience. The 24-hour room policy was very convenient.
